So what's this website all about?
Are you a kid 8 to 14 years of age? If you are, you can send us messages about books and reading from the 'Write Messages' section of the menu. I will post your messages on this site. Other kids can read your messages by going to the 'Read Messages' section of the menu. You can also read and write book reviews as well as read previews of books. Remember, only kids from 8 to 14 years of age may send me messages from the 'Write Messages' section of the menu. If you are older than 14 and you wish to contact me, please use the email link in the 'More Pages' section of the menu.
To discover all the sections of this site, move your mouse to the menu at the very top or bottom of the page and click on any of the choices.
Those choices are:
Read Messages - This is where you can read messages sent in by kids like you. If you see the word 'NEW', it means there are new messages today.
Write Messages - This is where you can write and send messages to this site.
Visit Websites - This is where you can visit book and author websites.
More Pages - This is where you can find more book and reading stuff.
Next Page - This is where you can move from page to page through this site.
This site is completely free. You do not need to register to use this site and you do not need an email address to send messages.

My name is Alan L Brown. I'm a 62 year old retired school librarian. I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and this is my website. I created this site on April 10, 1997. I have maintained it ever since. This is a personal website, run as a hobby. It does not contain any advertisements and it does not sell any products or services. The site is updated throughout the day with new messages from kids.
